Start with this protocol to begin gaining bat speed right away. Designed to optimize your Velo Training, this protocol involves swinging the Velo OverSpeed base bat, first sleeve, and fully loaded bat in a series of drills on both your dominant and non-dominant side.
Once you have completed Level 1 Overspeed training, you can move on to Level 2, which strategically builds upon the speed you would have gained in Level 1.
Once you have completed Level 2 Overspeed training, you can move on to Level 3, which strategically builds upon the speed you would have gained in Level 2.
LEVEL 4 OVERSPEED TRAINING
Once you have completed Level 3 Overspeed training, you can move on to Level 4, which strategically builds upon the speed you would have gained in Level 3.
LEVEL 5 OVERSPEED TRAINING
Once you have completed Level 4 Overspeed training, you can move on to Level 5, which strategically builds upon the speed you would have gained in Level 4.
LEVEL 1 COUNTERWEIGHT TRAINING
With the VELO Overspeed bat and a puck knob, this is the first training level in the Counterweight training series. This significant shift of balance point on the training bat will greatly help bat plane, bat delivery, and help extend the plane longer through the zone.
LEVEL 2 COUNTERWEIGHT TRAINING
Once you have completed Level 1 Counterweight training, you can move on to Level 2.
LEVEL 3 COUNTERWEIGHT TRAINING
Once you have completed Level 2 Counterweight training, you can move on to Level 3.
