Shipping policy
Shipping Methods – All Orders:
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Please note some items may offer only one shipping method. Shipping and handling costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping and handling charges will automatically be computed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
We strive for same-day shipping on domestic orders (pending inventory availability and payment confirmation) if the order is received before 12:00 PM CST, Monday - Friday. Generally, orders received after 12:00 PM EST will ship on the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays within the United States.
In general, velosports.com store products are shipped via UPS in the United States. You may have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery, such as UPS 2 day Express or UPS Next Day Air. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 PM (noon) CST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
We currently ship to APO/FPO addresses and do not ship PO Boxes. Please contact us at info@velosports.com if you want to ship to an FPO/APO.
Shipping Methods – International Orders:
Velosports.com store products are shipped via UPS for all international locations.
Please allow an additional day for processing international orders. Most shipments to Mexico are delivered within three to five business days. Most shipments to major destinations in South America are delivered within five to seven business days.
The current list of countries we support through the USA website includes:
South and Central America, Mexico, and the Middle East. If you don’t see your country listed please use the country drop-down selector at the top of the website. Contact us if you are having any trouble shipping to your location.
Shipping and Handling Costs:
Shipping and Handling costs are dependent on the dimensional weight of the item(s) on your order, the shipping method you select, and the delivery destination. Your total shipping and handling charges will automatically be computed during checkout prior to the completion of your order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore the total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart.
For international orders, shipping costs shown on your order do not include duties, taxes, or other import fees assessed by governments outside the United States. You may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or fees assessed by carriers once your shipment(s) reaches the destination country. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of Velo Sports. When you order goods to be shipped to a foreign country, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations in connection with the shipment. Please note that the value of your order(s) must be listed on the outside of your package for customs purposes. Customs may elect to open your package(s) and inspect all goods. Please contact your local customs authorities with any questions regarding fees and inspections.
