How Does Overspeed Training Work? 

Your body is capable of swinging a bat faster than your brain allows. By reducing the weight of the bat, we allow your body to swing much faster than normal. In just a few swings, your brain remembers this faster speed and starts to expect it. We then add back weight and see huge gains in bat speed.

Online Training Program Included

Our easy-to-follow training videos take about 10 minutes, 3x a week to start increasing your bat speed and exit velo within your first training session. Players see an average of 6% gain in bat speed in the first six weeks of training.
